Commission Based Sales Representative
Sales representatives will use provided leads and other opportunities to close new contracts with new and existing clients.
Applicants must have 1 Year or more work experience in Sales & marketing, must be disciplined to work independently without direct supervision, Fast learner and can articulate new information accurately, excellent communication skills and detail oriented. Applicants must have a commitment to excellent customer service and be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Because this is a commission only position, Sales Representatives have the flexibility to work as often as they’d like as long as monthly goals are met.
Competitive commission starting at 12%.
Hourly Call Center Agent
Call Center Representatives perform member service duties that guarantee members receive the necessary information and assistance while upholding the positive image of the Ministry. Their responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls
Accurately documenting details from the information provided by members to ensure their church is adequately informed of their needs
Communicating effectively and clearly to ensure members comprehend the information
Adhering to the Hand to Hear Commitment that all Employees agree to upon hiring, which ensures that every call is met with excellence “Every Call, Every Time.”
Managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Possessing some understanding of the Christian Faith.
