How it works
Consultation
After receiving an inquiry, a project manager will arrange a consultation to devise a tailored plan that aligns with your objectives. We will create custom scripts for our receptionist to enhance interactions with your parishioners, thereby improving communication and fostering a stronger community. Following the scripting phase, our technicians will begin the setup process.
2. Setup
The project managers work closely with the tech team to implement customized scripting, new telephone numbers, and additional assets based on client consultations. The setup process typically takes about 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the plan. This collaboration ensures that each project is tailored to meet specific needs while integrating all components seamlessly. The dedicated teams focus on delivering high-quality results on time, allowing clients to concentrate on their core business objectives.
3. Preview
In the final phase of our process, we implement a soft deployment that allows your leadership team to evaluate the system for up to two weeks. During this preview, you can request unlimited modifications, including changes, enhancements, or additional resources, and even a complete plan overhaul if needed. Following this evaluation period, we will move to full deployment, at which point your two-year contract will be activated, ensuring the necessary support and resources for successful implementation.
4. Deployment
This is a key step in our process. Here, we send a mass email and text to your parishioners, informing them of your new ministry contact number. It’s straightforward! Once your number is activated and your account moves to deployment, calls can start! For the first 90 days, we will offer all our Welfare services at no cost on a scaled-down basis to help increase your call volume and facilitate member outreach. Remember, you won’t need to give up your existing direct number; we encourage you to keep using it for business to ensure your contacts have your direct line. Deployment will happen immediately after you and your leadership team approve the setup following the preview phase.
